Hannah keeps playing with the baby's stuff. now I have spent a lot of time washing and putting everything away just right, only to find that all of her baby dolls are in the bassinet wrappped up in the baby's swaddling blankets and wearing the baby's clothes.

I haven't said anything to her because I know she needs to not feel like the baby is more important, I am totally just letting her play with everything...but it is making me crazy to be doing all this work and now I will have to rewash everything. *sigh*

I think that you're doing the right thing. You definitely don't want her getting too jealous.
