Hi everybody, just wanted to post the link to Megan's web nursery photos. I will get back here soon but we got home late yesterday and are still getting settled in - the first night was kind of rough.

She's perfect.

Absolutely perfect.

When you get a chance, let us know how nursing is going :) (or not going) lol, guess it's possible your milk isn't in yet :)

Thanks everybody!

Nursing is going well. When we left the hospital on Wed she had lost 9 oz (which is a good thing) and we went to the ped today and she had gained 6 back. She is eating right at about every 3 hours, and I got a 4-hr stretch last night - woohoo!

It has been much easier today because I used the little pump to express a bit before I fed her, the last couple of times she had trouble latching and hand-expressing a bit wasn't working for her anymore.

She was super alert - everybody said so. I think it was because she wasn't all drugged up.

birth story!!!!!!!!! PUH LEASE!!!!!! And are you using the Bum Genuious dipes?:

posted birth story - and we are going to be using those but haven't started yet, I am waiting until her cord falls off because they are a little big and we got a ton of pampers newborn diapers from the hospital so I figure why not use those free diapers first. but once we have been using them I will let you know how it goes.

I love when they seem to be looking at the world in amazement. That's what she reminded me of.
