We ended up not even getting one for our dog.

Is he serious...."because he thought it was funny"....thats the answer you choose when your being arrested for putting a dog shock collar on your little kids. You know what I think would be funny...... what an ass.

Do you think he'll go to prison? Maybe there he would get what he really deserves...

I will tell you that Oregon DCS is good about keeping kids away from dangerous parents.

There are words I would like to use to describe how I feel about this moron but I will refrain from posting them so this forum can remain clean. However, maybe it would be funny to put the damn collar around his neck for awhile. Although Phil's idea is much better than mine.
