View Full Version : Super Bowl XLIV
Does anyone have a favorite team for Super Bowl XLIV (44)? Even though my favorite team is not in the game I still typically pick one side or the other. How about everyone else?
I am hoping for a Saints win because they are the underdogs, they have never been to the Super Bowl before, and the Colts have nothing more to prove (in my opinion). The Saints are the surprise team this year and hopefully they can pull this one out. :)

I'm with you bud. I'm rooting for the Saints because of the underdog factor. It was hard though, because I really like Peyton Manning. He's a great guy, never gets in trouble, and is probably the best quarterback to ever play the game. But, you have to love the fact that NO is there with them never being there, Hurricane Katrina, etc.

I wasted 10 years being a football widow. The only game I have watched, even in part, has been the super bowl. Just for the commercials. Luckily DH would rather watch skateboarding or dirt bikes then any other sport. I just LOVE him to pieces.

First- GO SAINTS! When my team doesn't make it I tend to root for the underdog and they also made sure I didn't have to see Brett Favre in the Super Bowl in Viking colors. I watch the Super Bowl for the game. I have loved football since I was little.

I"m just going to try my best not to ***** or complain that there is going to be football on all afternoon today.....
Woohoo! The New Orleans Saints did it. What an amazing season. Both teams deserved to be in this game but I am so happy the Saints won. It is nice to see the underdog story play out throughout the season.
