You did nothing wrong Kaytee. Actually you reminded me about this whole thing. I was checking on when we started working on adding the Help Desk and Neal and I tested it back on July 17th. That was one day before I went into the hospital so it makes sense that it was put aside for awhile. Again, no worries and thanks to you and Fallon for reminding me about this.
