We have setup a new forum at NowParenting where our members can ask us Leaders questions, make comments, etc. and the entire conversation will be private. Only the person creating the thread/post and the Leaders of NowParenting can view messages in the Help Desk forum. Below the Announcements and Suggestions forums you should now see a new forum called Help Desk. This is where you will go if you want to post a message that only us Leaders can view. No other members will be able to view your posts in that forum even if we reply to your initial thread.

This is helpful if you want to make a private suggestion or if you notice someone that is violating our guidelines. Post those messages in the Help Desk and all four of us will be able to see those messages and respond.

The benefits of using this system over Private Message (PM) is that you can quickly check all threads/posts you have made in the Help Desk, the four Leaders will all see the same message, and when one of us responds, the other three will know that a response was posted preventing duplicate responses. Definitely let us know if you have any questions regarding this new forum.


Your privacy is our priority. We will never provide any details that you submit using the Help Desk forum to anyone other than the Leaders of this forum. All conversations in the new forum are kept strictly confidential and they will remain that way at all times.
