I hated it when people would touch Vics belly and I hate it now when old people think that just because they're old that they can pinch my daughters cheeks or tickle my son. I'm all HELLO do I know you? My wife thinks it's cute but they could be anyone. Oh an we were out once and this old guy just gives my son a warm piece of candy out of his pocket. I said no thank you and everyone looked at me like I had 2 heads. Old people can be perverts too.

A word of advice to you if we ever meet don't touch my kids without asking it will end badly.

Ya gross. I dont allow the kids to take food or drink from any strangers. It's amazing though how many parent will. I always have lollipops and crackers and if we are playing and I see another kid eyeballing what the kids are eating. I'll ask the parent if its alright and I've never had one say no. I could be a kidnapper!!!

Yeah I don't mind hearing how cute my kid is- shoot I don't even mind you asking. Assuming is the insulting part.

Oh I know and it happened all the time with Isabella. Maybe because she was bald but she had so many cute hats and headbands in every color of the rainbow and always wore them. Once it happened with Natalia and I might have forgiven it. She was wearing a pair of jeans with little pink sneakers and an aqua blue sweatshirt. I might have forgiven them thinking they didn't see the shoes if I didn't have the pink ponytails in her hair.

I do the same because I always have snacks for my kids with us and they are healthy (I have one with low blood sugar). I will always share if the parents allow it. No parent has ever said no.

Don't you just love it when another adult offers your child something and then while holding the item up so your child can see it looks at you and asks if it is okay? So now if you do say no you are the bad guy, not the other adult. I still say no as I believe in what I was taught as a kid... never take candy (or anything for that matter) from a stranger.

That doesn't bother me. I polietly say no thank you and walk away(if possible) then have a conversation with DD about not taking anything from a stranger. I always have junk anyway. She's not starving. Havoc would prolly throw a fit but he's not really gonna understand stranger danger at this point. I dont mind being the heavy on this one.
