Thread: AVATAR SIZE

Just an idea here Mark ... can you MAYBE bump up the size of the avatars to be maybe 150 x 150 or something like that it would be nice to have a little bit bigger pictures that we can share ...

I have found that on many forums I have been a part of that anything larger than 100 x 100 starts to mess with the formatting of the page. Some people still have smaller monitors and it has, in some cases, caused those forums threads and posts to be misaligned. However, I believe in trying things here first before just saying it won't work. I will play around with the settings and see if anything becomes out of place. Hopefully it works out as that might be nice to see here. Thanks for the suggestion.

Alright, how about 120 x 120? That is what I have the setting at right now and it seems to be working fine. When I went up to 150 x 150 the avatar picture was really big compared to some of the posts and it took focus (at least for me) off of the actual posts. People with smaller monitors would notice the huge pictures on the side more than anything else. Now when you upload your avatar again, you can at least increase it to 120 x 120. Let me know if that works for you.
