Children
Hannah and Megan
Default Food questions

Megan has tried all the fruits and veggies so we are moving on to more variety, but I am still confused about some things. Like, can she eat bread? Or pancakes? I think technically they aren't supposed to eat anything that has eggs in it, but I don't know what the big deal is. What about yogurt or cheese? Is that a no too because of the dairy? What about blueberries? I am wondering if there aren't so many allergies because people are avoiding these things.

she can have those things. Tehy tend to say no egg yokes ( I think its yokes lol) before a year, but she can have it in products.
yoguart was a fave of Nichole under a year. I use to get egg beaters as well and make scrambled eggs for her. She loved those.

I gave Havoc anything he wouldn't choke on. There is no history of food allergies on either side so as long as he liked it he ate it.

Yogurt and cheese should be fine. I made sure to give my girls nonfat (because of our milk allergies) but those should work. We also did scrambled eggs, pancakes, and other soft foods. I still only introduced one at a time.
