Like, can she eat bread? Or pancakes? I think technically they aren't supposed to eat anything that has eggs in it, but I don't know what the big deal is. What about yogurt or cheese? Is that a no too because of the dairy? What about blueberries? I am wondering if there aren't so many allergies because people are avoiding these things.

Tehy tend to say no egg yokes ( I think its yokes lol) before a year, but she can have it in products. yoguart was a fave of Nichole under a year. I use to get egg beaters as well and make scrambled eggs for her. She loved those.

My Mood: Rep Power: 70 Reputation: 287 ![]() ![]() ![]() Children Isabella (11), Josephine (10), Hannah (8), Natalia (2), and Sophia (infant) | Yogurt and cheese should be fine. I made sure to give my girls nonfat (because of our milk allergies) but those should work. We also did scrambled eggs, pancakes, and other soft foods. I still only introduced one at a time. |
