I would be mad to if they didn't follow protacal. If they are suppsoe to right a report then they should have. NOt sure the assistant did anything wrong as far as not paying attention though. Kids will fall, that is life and if your dd did not say she hurt then not much else you can do there, but again she still should have had a report if that is what they should do. At least at pick up say, hey your dd had an accident on the playgroud, kinda thing

Hannah was in d/c for a while and I pulled her out. (she was 3) there was a kid in her class prone to violent outbursts, and he tripped her outside, she had a black eye, bloody nose, and scrapes on her hands and knees. her shirt had so much blood on it that they had to change her clothes. this was not the first time this particular boy had been violent to other kids in the class, but they would not kick him out of the school because the mom had 4 other kids (age 7 and under) at the center and they would have lost all of that $$ because she would have taken them all somewhere else if they expelled this one student. i feel like that was bad move on their part because they obviously were unable to control this child and it was endangering the other kids. the part that really angered me most of all though is that i didn't even get a phone call that day! i went in to get her just like normal and saw her before anyone even had a chance to talk to me about what happened. i was livid. she didn't go back after that day and i did hotline that center as well.

OMG that is horrible, they may have lost a few kids because of it, but endangering the others was just wrong!!!!!
