As for the problem, when a member moves from group to group the process is automatic. It does take an hour after they meet the requirements but then they are moved. I forgot to make this promotion automatic so it required one of us to make a change. Of course that's not what we want so I will be adjusting that for all future members and future promotions.  Sorry for the confusion.
